We select properties based on set criteria, conduct extensive due diligence, and make acquisitions to generate returns.
We diligently manage our properties to increase values and maximize cash flow.

CRITERIA
We focus on acquiring light industrial or flex properties in secondary markets in Ontario, suitable for value-add projects and / or re-development.
We target fully serviced properties and industrial complexes ranging in size from 10,000 to 50,000 square feet with suitable outdoor yards and storage capabilities.
Light industrial properties have proven to be versatile and scalable – this along with a rise in tenant demand and a variety of other benefits make this our target asset class.
Stephen Simpson – Principal
Stephen Simpson is the Founder and Principal of Focus Capital and Focus Developments with over 20 years of experience in real estate, financial analysis, construction, and consulting engineering.
As a seasoned executive and project management professional, Stephen has led many successful teams in completing large scale building and facility projects.
Stephen is a licensed Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional, and has a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the Sauder School of Business, Real Estate Division at UBC.
As Principal, Stephen Simpson executes strategy, investment analysis, and oversees acquisitions and asset management. Stephen is also our Principal Consultant and leads a variety of assignments on behalf of clients.
Stephen lives in the Toronto area with his wife and two sons, he is active with the Knights of Columbus, is an avid Cyclist, and and loves spending time in Prince Edward County with his family.
